So I know it's not technically Fall yet but it is September and Fall is one of my favorite times of the year so I thought I would change my blog. I love Fall and everything that goes with it. I love the cool weather and changing leaves and all the time spent with family. Oh! Also, we finally got our central air in!! Yay! It cost about a billion dollars more than we planned and now the weather is going to cool off, but at least it's done! Finally! It works really well, I'm usually freezing to death now. We also put on a new front door this weekend because the one we had was really ugly plus it had about an inch and a half gap under it so the cold air would go out and the bugs would come in. I didn't like that so we got a new one. I can't even tell you how big of a fiasco that was. My husband, father-in-law, and brother-in-law had to do SOOO much work to get it in and it took ALL day! Thanks guys for your help, I don't know what we would do without such a great family! But it's in and it looks so much better than the other one. I'm bummed because we had dinner plans with our friends that night that we had to cancel because it was taking so long to get the door in, but at least it's all done. It's never really ALL done though is it? There is always something to get done, and I feel like my list is never ending sometimes. But I can't complain. I have a wonderful husband who helps me keep it all together when it's all falling apart. And we have the best families in the world that do so much to help us. Thanks everyone! We love you!

super cute blog look! you should post a pic of your new door! did you get a RED door? i love Red doors! Or black doors...or those cool timber/wood looking doors. Ok ok ok can you tell i want a new door too??? our front door is just an ugly glass storm door. blech.
I'm glad you guys got everything done that you needed to! We'll have to get together another time! :)
Your blod is super cute! Where did you find this background? Along with the cute header? It's always fun when you update new stuff.. especially when it's all done! ha! ha!
Kerrie- I got the paper from shabbyprincess.com, and I made the header on photobucket.com. It's a little time consuming and it took me a long time to figure it all out but it's fun.
Amiee- we just got a plain old white door. We had a gift card to lowe's so we got the cheapest one they had. I love red doors too, but our house is blue so I thought that would look wierd. Maybe when we paint our house or put siding on it we could change the door again. But I don't even want to think about that task right now! :)
It was cool of you to contact me. I always like meeting people from Jon's past. It's so fun! I wish we could have met at the funeral. Do you live in Utah? We will be going down there for the Christmas holidays. Maybe Amy, you, and I could do lunch or something. I'll add you to my contact list so we can be blog buddies at the very least. Nice to meet you!
